AUTMHQ UPDATE
Hola and Hello,
Yesterday, the AUTMHQ team headed to the Texas Capitol and then marched to Waterloo Park with the Austin community to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s I Have a Dream Speech. Within that speech, Dr. King speaks of economic justice and the "lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity." At AUTMHQ, we envision a technology ecosystem for all. By bridging the gap between the Black and Hispanic communities and the technology industry, we aim to move people off that lonely island of poverty MLK spoke of and into the vast ocean of material prosperity the technology industry has created. We encourage you all to take time to pause this week to reflect on MLK's dream and how, by being a part of AUTMHQ's Movement, you can help turn his dream into a reality. Sincerely, The AUTMHQ Team
