AUTMHQ UPDATE
Hello and Hola!
Women's History Month may be wrapping up, but the fight for equality in tech continues! Here at AUTMHQ, we're dedicated to empowering women to break the glass ceiling and reach their full potential.
We were inspired by an article titled "Empowering Women in Tech: 8 Ways to Break the Glass Ceiling." This piece delves into the challenges women face and offers actionable steps to create a more equitable landscape.
We're proud of the progress we've made, but we know the journey continues. Let's keep the momentum going!
Here are 4 Ways You Can Help Empower Women in Tech:
1. Advocate: Be a vocal supporter of women in tech. Highlight their achievements and challenge unconscious bias.
2. Amplify: Seek out and share the stories of inspiring women in tech.
3. Educate: Challenge gender stereotypes within your network and encourage girls to pursue STEM education.
4. Hire with Intention: Be mindful of diversity during the hiring process to build a balanced team.
Find out more ways you can support women in tech:
Together, we can create a world where women in tech can shatter limitations and reach for the stars!
With passion and purpose,
The AUTMHQ Team
